Privacy and order information

Kojo Foods uses the name, email, phone number, emirate, delivery address, quantity, payment method and notes you submit to manage your order, contact you and arrange delivery. Please provide only the information needed for that purpose.

Orders and payment

Our 500 ml coconut oil is AED 89.99 per bottle, with free delivery within the UAE. Submitting the form records your order as awaiting payment verification. Confirm product availability and your delivery schedule with Kojo Foods before paying. For cancellation, return or refund requests, contact us with your order reference; payment is never considered received solely because an order was submitted.

BOTIM transfers go to +971 54 155 6856. Request confirmed bank receiving details directly from Kojo Foods before making a bank transfer. We do not collect card numbers, bank passwords or identity documents. Kojo Foods manually verifies the actual received funds before confirming payment.

Keeping order information private

Customer details are stored in a private database. Owner access requires sign-in and an authenticator code. We use technical safeguards to limit duplicate submissions and abuse. Your private order-status link gives access to the order reference, total and status; keep it secure. It does not display your name, email, phone or delivery address.

When contacting us by email, WhatsApp or phone, the provider also handles the information you share under its own terms. When email delivery is connected, payment receipts are emailed after Kojo Foods verifies the received funds. Gmail processes these receipt messages. Save the on-screen reference and private status link; a printable payment confirmation also becomes available after funds are verified.
